Majora's Mask

She moved to study another area of the wall. "What about this one?"

"That's an Emera. And a real sword would cut through it in one stroke."

"This one?"

"Probably not."

She spun. "Then what should I..."

He turned as well. Tsira was staring. Twin rapiers, each with jagged edges near the hilt, hung from the back wall. Octras knew the slight curve of the blades, coupled with the blood-colored silk of their wrapping; these were killing blades, Myrmidons. They were the most expensive weapons in the continent.

"Those. I want those."

My book is out in the world, being read. I finally have an idea for a title that may stick: "Tsirash". It means "Home". I'll be writing at least two other books that take place on the same world: one is about the villain, the other is more of a sequel.

I haven't drawn anything (with the exception of wax on eggs) in a long time. I keep feeling like I should be drawing something, but... I'm at a loss right now. I just don't know what to do with that ability right now.

I'm on Spring Break this week, so no work! Yay! I'll have more time for wasting my time.

I just love the Legend of Zelda series. Everything about them is so well-done. In particular, I'm in love with the two for the N64, Ocarina of Time and Majora's Mask. Nintendo is remaking OoT for the 3DS, so I'll be acquiring that when it comes out, but there's just something about Majora's Mask that is just so fascinating to me. There's just so much going on behind the scenes... and it's also kind of depressing, actually. No matter what you do, you can't save everyone. Even as I do each sidequest, there's something else going on that you don't have the time to fix. Even if you change something, when you go back in time, it just happens all over again. Besides that, the butler's son, Darmani, and Mikau cannot be saved at all.

I'm just going to enjoy my week off.
