The Circle of Healers sprung from followers of Felta, and the belief that all those who walk on land fall under His care. Witches are a notable exception, as their use of wild magick leaves them out of Fate’s reach–and by extension, outside of Felta’s. Dragons, sea sprites, and demonspawn are also barred from aid using this logic.
